On September 14, a rich and intentional partnership between Now + There, Design Studio for Social Intervention, Upham’s Corner Main Street, Upham’s Corner Health Center, and Company One Theatre will culminate in a public outdoor festival of epic proportion merging the work of locally and nationally renowned artists in the historic yet newly minted arts and innovation district that is Upham’s Corner.
The day includes the Annual Upham’s Corner Arts & Health Street Festival, the first-ever inPUBLIC Festival and the joy parade to celebrate the Upham’s Corner installation of Nick Cave’s Augment. It is no coincidence that these are all on the same day; it is the outcome of new and old partnerships that are dedicated to celebrating Upham’s Corner’s vitality, culture and innovation.
