We are excited to share the news that you will begin to see our new name, Upham’s Community Care, and logo appearing in our clinics and program locations. While our name has changed to reflect the broad scope of the care, programs, and services we provide, our commitment to serving our patients and community members remains unwavering.

For over 50 years, Upham’s has been committed to offering high quality, affordable primary health care for all ages, races, and genders. Today, Upham’s offers a wide range of services, including family medicine, women’s health, behavioral health, dental and eye care, pediatrics, nutrition, home care, elder care, urgent care, and WIC. This care is tailored to meet the cultural, language, and access needs of a vibrant and diverse community.

The Bird Street Community Center has been serving the Upham’s Corner community for almost 50 years, and provides after school child care, youth development and violence prevention programs for youth ages of 5-22.
