The Support Services can be provided by our multi-lingual, paraprofessional Community Health Advocates (CHAs).

We offer comprehensive services to our patients by assisting them with their personal needs and working in collaboration with their health care providers. Our CHAs can help those who have issues or need assistance with, but not limited to, housing, legal services, immigration issues, child support, health insurance, and emergency aid.

Infant Car Seat Program

We can provide car seats to prenatal patients in their last trimester of pregnancy. We offer infant/convertibles and high back booster seats. Patients are instructed how to install car seats by a certified car seat specialist.

Violence Intervention Program (VIP)

This program aims to prevent violence and promote positive youth development in the City of Boston through a commitment of active and genuine collaboration between youth, residents, community organizations and city agencies. The VIP staff organizes community meetings, job training readiness workshops for high school students and physical activity programs. They run a Fair Foods site on the first and third Thursday of each month, participate in the city’s “Love Your Block” initiative, city-wide soccer tournaments and neighborhood meetings. They organize the health center’s annual pumpkin patch and holiday events, the back pack give-aways plus other community events through the year.
