Our Mission

Together We Thrive (TWT) is a collaborative coalition committed to strengthening community wellness, economic mobility, and access to opportunities for residents. Through cross-sector partnerships, TWT brings together organizations, community members, employers, educators, health and social service providers, and other stakeholders to address barriers and create pathways for thriving communities..

We serve Boston neighborhoods through community outreach and health initiatives that expands opportunity by partnering with trusted community organizations, including JPNDC to support economic mobility and the Dorchester Food Co-op to improve access to affordable, healthy food.
