Refill your Prescription

You must be a patient at UCHC to fill a prescription at our pharmacy. You cannot request that a new prescription be filled, only active prescriptions can by refilled at this time. Prescriptions can be picked up from the Pharmacy located at 415 Columbia Road. If you are out of refills you must contact the Medical Secretary at 617-740-8088.
In order to receive your prescription you need to fill out all query boxes
Give 24 hours for refills on business days

Introducing ~  AUTOMATIC REFILLS
You can automatically enroll in this new service. This is great for
those that take medication for chronic illnesses or on a regular
basis. You can sign up for Auto-Refill by including a note when
you send in your refill request (online) or by calling the Pharmacy
at (617) 265-1310.

BY PHONE – Call (617) 265-1310 to refill your prescription.
IN PERSON – You may refill and/or pick-up a refill prescription at 415 Columbia Road in Dorchester. Please bring state-issued ID.
We accept cash and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Debit) as payment, and take numerous insurances.
