Behavioral Health Integrated Clinician – Women’s Health



Upham’s Corner Health Center, a division of Upham’s Corner Health Committee, Inc. (UCHC) is currently seeking for a mission-driven Behavioral Health Integrated Clinician to be an integral allied of our Women’s Health Program. The clinician in this role is responsible for delivery of integrated behavioral health and case management services to the Women’s Health OB/GYN departments as well as Urgent Care and Primary Care.

Chief Financial Officer


We are seeking a detail-oriented and mission driven Chief Financial Officer who will be responsible for the leadership, direction and administration of all financial aspects of Upham’s Corner Health Committee. The Chief Executive Officer will lead strategic financial and business planning, financial analysis and reporting, accounting, audit, budgeting, contracting, securing new funding and oversight. As a member of the Executive Staff, the Chief Executive Officer actively participates in the development and execution of the strategic goals, objectives, plans and management of the organization.

Community Health Advocate/Bi-lingual in English and Spanish required


We are seeking a team-oriented, compassionate and bi-lingual Community Health Advocate to provide intake, outreach, advocacy, and other routine assistance to health center patients within our Behavioral Health and Social Services Department. The ideal candidate is bi-lingual in English and Spanish, and can multi-task while working efficiently in a fast-paced/team-oriented work environment.

Director of Home Health Aide Services



Upham’s Corner Health Center is currently seeking a Director of the Home Health Aide Services Department who will be responsible for the oversight and administration of the departmental budget.

E.H.R. Site Specialist



Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Medical Informatics, the OCHIN/Epic Site Specialist will provide daily support to staff that uses OCHIN. The Site Specialist will also develop and provide OCHIN training and communicate system updates to end users. Finally, the Site Specialist will be considered the subject matter expert for OCHIN, and be asked to provide input on clinical and operational workflow changes involving the EHR. The Site Specialist will provide emergency support with Patient Access issues (e.g., e-prescribing, orders, scheduling).

Human Resource Director



Upham’s Corner Health Committee, Inc. (UCHC) d/b/a Upham’s Corner Health Center; Upham’s Elder Service Plan; Upham’s Home Health Care is currently seeking a detail oriented and mission driven Director, Human Resources.


The Director, Human Resources primary responsibility is to ensure that UCHC is attracting and retaining employees who are an excellent fit for UCHC and that those employees have productive and rewarding employment. The individual in this role is responsible for developing policies and procedures supporting the employee life cycle and engagement process, and for overseeing recruitment, on-boarding, diversity initiatives, performance management, succession planning, HRIS, HR department operations, employee relations, and employee departure.
